I have zero regrets about this purchase! I’ve wanted a Merach vibration plate for awhile. Being autistic it has helped with my constipation, relaxed my mind and whole body to name a couple pluses. So far i absolutely love this one!! I bought the smaller one when it first came out and fell in love, but this one is by far my FAVORITE! Gets my blood flowing and helps so much with my joint pain! Amazing!! Hands down the Best Vibration Plate on the market. It's extremely sturdy, well made, and holds over 400lbs. It even has suction cups on the bottom that work very well if you only have hard wood. I've had it over 1 month and I've been able to improve my lymphatic drainage, balance, posture, muscle mass, sleep and etc.- I've even lost a few inches as well.
